Lothraxxion was quite a shock to all of us back in Legion when we learned a nathrezim became a Light warrior, a high-ranked one at that. However, as we progressed in the Shadowlands we figured out that his story might have been BS as was our initial reaction.
The nathrezim report confirmed that an agent of theirs had successfully infiltrated the Light and is ready to act and who do we know that managed to infiltrate the Light under than the one hiding in plain sight which is Lothraxxion. Additionally, he may just be the one to move Turalyon and Alleria to a new Light VS Void battle on Azeroth which might just happen in the next expansion.
