First Demon Hunter Changes In Dragonflight! - Havoc And Vengeance Demon Hunter

The first wave of tuning for both Havoc and Vengeance has come through in Dragonflight! While the tuning is fairly minor (3% ST, sub 3% aoe) it is still a slight hit, and more tuning is expected to follow! Theres also been some changes to other things which i go over quickly
