My First cake order- devil's chocolate cake without oven -Tamil

This is the first time i am baking and decorating a big cake . I have made it easy for your guys , as i have included all the basic steps . I have cleared all your doubts in baking without oven .


Ingredients for this recipe:
All purpose flour - 350 grams
powder / caster sugar - 450 grams

cocoa powder - 100 grams

Baking soda - 1tsp
salt - 1 tsp
softened unsalted butter - 350 grams

Eggs (Room temperature ) - 4
Milk (Room temperature )- 350 ml



Chocolate swiss meringue buttercream:
Fresh egg whites - 6 - 200 grams
white sugar - 200 grams

unsalted butter - 500 grams
vanilla extract - 1 tsp
unsweetened cocoa powder - 3 tbsp(sifted)
