Havoc Demon Hunter's 10.1 Tier Was BAD and They NERFED IT??

HUH????
Blizzard has gone through and changed the tier set for Havoc in 10.1 to match the original blue post values (200/15/12) which is nerfing it from what we had on ptr at 160/20/10. This change absolutely BAFFLES me as the tier set was already worse than our current one, and is now MUCH more behind. Our upcoming tierset is really bad, and in this video i show you some numbers from the PTR, as well as some testing to reinforce WHY i think this needs buffs, as well as a bit of dooming.
