The most recent buffs to Havoc Demon Hunter may have ACTUALLY finally done something to make the spec more powerful!!! The new build is performing incredibly well with the most recent buffs in Abberus the Shadowed Crucible, and combined with changes to the Serrated Glaive logic, make for an INCREDIBLY strong build! Havocs have started to show up in top overall parses (without PI) with Serrated Glaive, which means this build might ACTUALLY be good! Serrated Glaive might be the play for pure single target!!
