Havoc Demon Hunter Has Some Issues.....

The current iteration of Havoc Demon Hunter is surely one of the best iterations the spec has seen, HOWEVER, that does not mean it's the best it can be. The current talent tree is PLAGUED with problematic and frustrating talents, and fellow Havoc content creator and friend of the channel Jedith has done a pretty well put together twitter thread about a lot of them. I figured it was time to go over this, and give my thoughts on the current state of Havoc as well.
