Havoc Demon Hunter: NO MOMENTUM Build Guide! Dragonflight Season 1

A lot of people are not fans of momentum or of using our movement in general, so if you're one of those people, this build is for you! It's called no mover as we don't take ANY of the movement abilities and is honestly pretty good in ST, only roughly 3k behind our BIS build. it loses out in AOE, but is a viable option in raid if you don't like moving or are in a dangerous fight!
