Havoc Demon Hunter: Which Talent Is Better For Mythic Plus?

The hotfix that came out for BF did resolve the issues surrounding the talent, HOWEVER, the talent itself is STILL very strong, and its strength brings within an interesting discussion surrounding using it for Havoc Demon Hunter for Dragonflight Mythic Plus. Taking the Talent brings a TON of damage, but at the cost of fury generation, leading to a slower feeling rotation. On the other hand, Burning Hatred leads to less overall damage, but a smoother rotation. At the end of the day, the decision is quite close
