Havoc Demon Hunter: Should You Use The Onyx Annulet In Mythic Plus?

So a big topic of discussion recently has been if using Onyx Annulet in Mythic + for Dragonflight 10.0.7 is correct or not, and for a lot of classes I think it's just a blanket yes, but for Havoc Demon Hunter I do think that its more of a discussion topic. I do think it's worth it to use it in most of the dungeons for Dragonflight Season 1, but it's not a cut-and-dry situation.
