This is the music for the Broken Shore, the Tomb of Sargeras raid, and the Cathedral of Eternal Night dungeon. I didn't stick that last place into the title because it would be just be ridiculous at that point.
I personally like to think of this patch as Legion's version of MoP's 5.3: Escalation patch which is where this patch itself is just used to segue into another, way more interesting patch, which would be Shadows of Argus.
So, even though this is a throw-away patch, that doesn't mean there aren't any themes in here that I like. The music does a fantastic job of giving this place a really neat and foreboding atmosphere. My favorite theme, "Shackled", also sprinkles in some gloom and wistfulness to that atmosphere which is pretty interesting.
I also really love the "Kil'jaeden" theme which makes a callback to Sunwell Plateau (the first place we gave Kil'jaeden the ol' shakedown) with that harp in the background. So yeah, as per usual, the music is spot on.
