HASTE IS A PALADINS DREAM! - WoW BFA 8.3 Retribution Paladin PvP

Haste is such an incredible stat for Retribution Paladins because it allows you to get a lot more damage out on the target within a short burst window. I am loving this new Haste build purely for the Avengers Wrath procs from Vision of Perfection and the raw sustainable damage it allows you to have with Zeal.
