A New NO MOMENTUM BUILD For Havoc Demon Hunter??

A new "No Momentum" build has been making the rounds recently which features taking the talent initiative, which is incredibly strong for any situation where adds might be spawning. Couple this with a fix to Havoc Demon Hunters sims to make them more accurate with fel rushing, as well as some of the later bosses being unfriendly with fel rush, and this build certainly has some merit for Havoc Demon Hunter in Season 2 of Dragonflight! There is a downside where it requires a bit more movement than the old build, but its not too disruptive and has a very good showing!
